• Providing context to our AI models to generate relevant content, reports, and insights.
• Personalizing the user experience within your white-labeled portal.

3. Data and AI Models

When you use our AI features, relevant data (e.g., a customer review, a topic for a blog post) is sent to our underlying AI model providers (such as Google) to generate a response. We have data processing agreements with our providers that prohibit them from training their models on your data or retaining it beyond what is necessary to provide the service. Your data is not used to train global AI models.
